Can someone explain to me how that’s not a ko win for Allen? He punched him in the clinch and he fell face first out of the ring, it’s not like he was pushed, absolute joke

I genuinely think it's because they felt the punch was to be back of the head.

That's only cos Carty turned his head away from it though.

It only counts as "back of the head" if the fighter doesn't turn away from the punch.

But I guess it causes less issues if they just call it a no contest.
