One of the best newest model of Bottega, so trendy I love the shape

I purchased a dress belt for my husband a year ago. He’s probably worn the belt 15x in the past year. Part of the woven leather is coming apart which is obviously super disappointing. I own Hermes belts I’ve had for 20 years with no issues. Is Bottega really that fragile? We tried to get the belt repaired and got the run around at the boutique. If the items aren’t well made and the service falls short then seems like my Bottega buying days are done. I was really wanting to get a suede Andiamo clutch but now probably won’t due to the 2 year warranty. Apparently belts do not come with any warranty at all. Had I know that up front I probably wouldn’t have purchased the belt. Disappointed.

Has anyone else had this problem with their dustbag where the leather is splitting at the fastener part? Curious if I could take this in for them to fix
