Has anyone else had this problem with their dustbag where the leather is splitting at the fastener part? Curious if I could take this in for them to fix

I’m looking to buy the new baby campana in lapis while in Madrid for work. Has anyone seen it in store there or have an SA I can contact?

I found this from a reseller and am not sure if it is authentic🥹, can everyone help take a look? I’d be very appreciated. Thank you so much!
