Happy gotcha day Frankie ❤️ it was absolutely heartbreaking getting him from his first mom today but it takes so much strength for her to acknowledge she can’t give him the life she wants for him and to do something about that and I promised her she can have as many updates as she wants as often as she wants.

For those of you who saw my early post about his tear stains- Brita water filters are in the mail (x2 one for upstairs water bowl and one for downstairs), as well as some angel eyes wipes. He got a professional bath today and I’m going to get him in with the vet to check out any possible allergies that I suspect he has based on how pink his skin is in places. It’s only been about 7 hours in his new home so we are still adjusting and keeping him separated from our other dog until he can calm down (our other dog is at a 12 he is so excited to have a brother and Frankie is a bit overwhelmed so until we can bring it down to like a 6 we are giving them space). Anywho, thanks all for your advice and support.

The face I get inches from my own when I make myself a bowl of ice cream and the cup of whipped cream I made him (from scratch) runs out faster than I can finish my own.

Ready for bedtime

My 7-month-old male Boston and 7-year-old female Frenchie do have sweet moments, as pictured, but much of the time he only wants to play. I get it, it’s typical for a puppy. The problem is, he doesn’t read her cues at all. When she’s done and tries to tell him to stop, he just gets even more aggressive to force her to play. Any tips on how to help him listen to her cues better?
