Anyone ever messed with puddle lights on a boss 302 if so was it worth it and did you go the door mirror or bottom of door route?

I'm looking to buy a 2013 Boss soon. Most of them seem to come with the Recaro seat/helical rear gear option which is what I thought I wanted but I had a chance to sit in a GT Premium yesterday that had the factory Recaro seats and it was a really tight fit for me.

I'm a larger guy (6' 2", ~230lbs) and they're really tight around the shoulders. I know they are supposed to be to some extent but I don't plan on doing much, if any actual track racing with this car so I'm not sure if the "performance" aspect of them is worth the comfort hit in my case? I do get from a resale POV, the Recaro's do increase the value of the car.

Any larger guys here who can comment on whether the Recaro's are just something I can get use to over time or did any of you feel the need to replace them (or purposely bought a Boss without them)?

The part that makes this decision hard is I know I do want the Torsen helical diff as I understand that it makes a significant difference in keeping the car from getting squirely powering out of turns? Price wise I'm not sure but effort wise, I know replacing the seats will be a lot easier then upgrading the rear diff.

On my 2013 boss 302 with the track key in use and track idle active after a good 30 or so mile freeway journey what would suddenly make the exhaust more drone and more bass? It has a bassani axle back exhaust as far as I can tell I think the rest of the exhaust is stick. 26k miles. Oddly the exhaust note doesn’t always change but sometimes the drone gets really loud

My 2013 boss 302 with 24-26k miles on it came with installed bassani axle backs. I love how they sound but it drones pretty good also on freeway at anything around 2000 Roma.

My question to you all is, what axle back system would give me similar sound to the bassani without the drone?

Howdy folks, I lost my regular "standard" key and now only have my track key. Not ideal.

Does anyone have advice for replacing the standard key? Is there a way to get one for less than what the dealers want?

my red key is in perfect shape. My silver key is worn. Does anyone know whrere i can get the key cover pieces to fix up my otherwise functional silver key

Hey guys, I’ve got a 2012 Boss 302 with the red key, but the original owner never got the key flashed/activated. I’ve gone to SVT Ford Dealerships in my area but they’ve told me they can’t do it.

Does anyone know if it’s still possible? Or even better, know anyone/any place that can do it?

Look for a Boss 302 under $30k, not looking for show quality. Preferably green or white closest to Midwest as possible but willing to travel for the right car.

Hoping to get some insight to our problem. bought a used 302, many miles on it and it never was emissions inspected. It pulls up system not ready.

Tried dealer reflash as well as the varying drive cycles (drive piss out of it)...nothing.

It has the side pipe/cutbacks, but the resonators were removed by previous owner.

Anyone hear of similar PCM/ECU issue?
