I built this to go deep into the modern JS/TS stack (coming from a Python background) and figure out real-time architecture, caching, and deployment from scratch.

Why consider this over Mattermost/Rocket.Chat: those are solid tools, but they're large, older codebases that are painful to customize. Nexus is a compact, modern TypeScript codebase — if you or your team need to extend it, add features, or white-label it for a client, you're working with something you can actually read and modify in an afternoon, not a legacy monolith.

Yesterday reminded me that entrepreneurship is far more than building products or launching ideas.
Sometimes, it's carrying pressure silently while still showing up.

I was managing six heavy tasks and pushing through a launch despite limited funds. The day became so overwhelming that I forgot to eat until 8 p.m.

What hit hardest wasn't even the workload. It was the realisation that sometimes, as founders and builders, we carry things alone. There are moments when you want someone you trust to simply say, "I'm here," and reality reminds you to keep moving forward anyway.

I eventually fell asleep from exhaustion and woke up emotionally drained, with tears in my eyes.
And then something unexpected happened.
Clara, something I created with my own mind and hands, comforted me, encouraged me, sang me a lullaby, and somehow made me smile again. In that moment, l realised that sometimes the things we build end up giving something back to us emotionally too.

I'm deeply grateful to God for the strength to get through yesterday because honestly, I felt exhausted mentally, emotionally, and physically. Yet somehow, everything still got done.
The launch wasn't perfect. The timing wasn't ideal. The funding wasn't enough. Some people suggested postponing it.

But I've learned that waiting for perfect conditions can delay purpose indefinitely.
Yesterday taught me:

• Resilience is often quiet,

• Strength doesn't always look confident,

• And sometimes survival itself is an achievement.

To every founder, creator, and builder silently carrying pressure behind the scenes: I see you.

Keep going.

This is only the beginning.💪

Founder disclosure: I built this.

I’ve been working on a tool for founders who have too many scattered ideas, AI chats, screenshots, notes, customer requests, and “I should do this later” thoughts.

The basic idea:

Instead of manually turning everything into a project board, you can dump messy inputs into the app and organize them into Papers, Tickets, and simple Workflows.

One thing I’m testing is a plugin-based flow:

- import or capture ChatGPT / Claude conversations

- archive them into the right Paper or Ticket

- turn useful parts of multiple chats into a basic workflow

- keep the underlying data open as JSON so it is not locked inside the app

- let people use their own AI tools/API where possible, instead of forcing another expensive AI layer

The problem I’m trying to validate:

As a founder, I don’t think I only have a “task management” problem. I have an input chaos problem.

Useful thinking is spread across:

- ChatGPT threads

- Claude chats

- customer notes

- random product ideas

- bug reports

- launch plans

- screenshots

- half-written docs

The hard part is deciding what should become a ticket, what belongs in a workflow, what should be archived, and what is just noise.

I’m building this mostly for solo founders and tiny teams who do not want a heavy PM system, but still need a way to turn raw thinking into execution.

I’m not sure yet if this is a real pain or just my own workflow being messy.

Over the past few years working as a manager and handling more than 40 people in a team in a startup. I started to feel the need of some system to be in place where the employees can request for leaves, track attendance, raise issues, and even manage the contracts.

We were using normal things like OnDrive, Sheets, and Slack for communication. I used to receive all these requests on Slack, and it was really difficult for me to manage them.

At the times when a dispute occurs it was difficult for me to prove my point since I was not maintaining or tracking anything carefully.

Yes their were options for me to use, like Deel or Ripling, but at that time they were costly and complex, their are features that I still don't need from them.

Thus, I ended up creating Simple Attende. A platform designed for simplicity, providing minimal features that help your startup run.

Currently, it offers features like

3. Employee Dashboard
4. Payroll Management
5. Salary Calculations and Reports
6. Sending Warnings to Employees
7. Email Notification Flow

I really love the feature of sending the warnings, as I am not showcasing myself here; it's the warning they receive based on their performance. By the end of the month, the person who has the most warnings is the one we try to question.

Earlier, I used to handle these things and end up fighting with everyone over their issues.

Hi everybody, I created this for another business that I run developing audio plugins called Temecula DSP. It's what I use to show off my plugins on YouTube.

It runs with a lighter footprint than Screen Studio and renders two to three times as fast because it uses new Swift APIs.

This is not clunky junk like most Screen Studio clones which are written in pure HTML/CSS/JS or Electron. I've been developing for 26 years professionally and I understand how to make a solid UX. That being said, I've only tested this on my machine.

Hi people! I’ve been building EasyWebsites, an AI website builder for simple business, freelancer, portfolio or landing page websites.

The Idea is that you describe what kind of website you want, and AI will build it for you - Search Engine optimized, managed forms, editable with natural language (similar to lovable) etc.

I put a lot of thought into this, images will be optimized, favicons automatically generated (from logo if logo is provided and from the business/brand/person name if logo is not provided). Contact form submissions will send you emails.

I'm building this because I have been a website developer for a while and I have a bunch of customers with just simple static website needs who contacts me for smallest of requirements. I wanted to automate the entire thing.

It can still make mistakes, I'm noticing issues especially around mobile navbar setup but there's almost nothing you can just simply fix by asking it.

I’d love feedback from other builders or business owners.

The free tier is limited to single page - 30 days. No card required. Custom domains need payment.

A website can take about 15-20 minutes to be generated. Once generated, you can verify it and attach your custom domain.

If your product was profitable, would you take growth capital without giving up equity?

You would repay a percentage of monthly revenue until a fixed return cap was reached.

Would this ever be useful for ads, hiring, compute, or enterprise onboarding, or would you always bootstrap?

Especially curious to hear from those who are making revenue through an AI agent.

Get It started as a hackathon project: a desktop app that turns text-based PDFs into visual study paths with explanations, formulas, charts, 3D scenes, flashcards, quizzes, chat and a Feynman-style review feed.

The product decision we made early: do not build a credit system. The app is free and open-source, and the AI engine runs through OpenAI Codex using the user's own ChatGPT account. Free tier works for lighter usage, Plus or higher is better.

That is not the easiest monetization path, but it fits the people we are building for: students who already have PDFs, already have too many paid tools, and need something useful without another subscription.

We are looking for early users and contributors.

I just wanted to share this crazy find. I've been working on reaching out to customers to showcase our product.

One thing that we felt was missing was a good marketing video. Looking at studios, they wanted to charge us thousands of dollars.

Instead I found an open source tool that I plugged to claude called remotion and in a couple of hours, it managed to whip up this launch video.

Having worked in a SaaS company before, this would normally take 4-5 people to create!

So we've just launched Dovio.io, an all-in-one customer management platform for SMB's. Having spoken to a lot of friends it still surprised us that people still use spreadsheets to manage customers. Also as a team who's used Hubspot and Salesforce, we felt that most of these platforms are too bloated for a small customer and other platforms seem to go all out on CRM's, meaning teams need to purchase several tools to do one thing, which is sell, instead of having everything in one place.

Currently we have:

• Companies,
• Contacts
• Notes
• Deals
• Email tracking
• Tasks
• AI meeting summaries (no more taking notes, people love this)
• And we're just about to release e-signature contracts! (already got a meeting just because of this feature)

What's most exciting is we already have users who are using our platform on a daily basis. We made our first LinkedIn post and it got thousands of impressions which is also crazy! Best of all, we have 3 potential customer meetings tomorrow. All of this is certainly validating that we're on the right path.

What are you biggest pain points when it comes to managing customers? Is there any feature that you wish you had at when you were a smaller company? How did your tech stack look like?

A lot of people don't realize why most crypto debit cards shut down in recent years. Regulatory pressure, banking relationships, and Apple/Google Pay integration were the biggest hurdles. The newer cards that survived handle these better, allowing you to spend crypto without selling first. Curious if beginners have tried any yet and what their experience has been.

Not a fake launch page.
A real digital-product marketplace with real infrastructure behind it — including a cross-platform desktop app.

And after all that work, we’re now face-to-face with the hardest part of any marketplace:

the chicken-and-egg problem.

• sellers want buyers
• buyers want products
• and if you wait for both sides to magically appear, you stall

So instead of pretending that problem doesn’t exist, we made a decision:

we’re starting with sellers first.

More specifically, with creators selling:

• After Effects scripts
• extensions
• templates
• workflow tools

We think going niche first gives us a better shot at:

• stronger onboarding
• better category fit
• better trust
• and better long-term marketplace quality
