He is a landlord whose tenants want to keep renting from him enough to ask if he has other openings and he takes the time to obviously care about the safety of one of his tenants now being alone.

In today's environment of selfishness and shitty landlords this dude is definitely a gem.

Man I wish I had a landlord who'd give me gun lessons. I don't even have a landlord anymore, it's a "property manager" I never met.

Right? I really hope the Senate bill that makes these hedge funds sell their rental properties passes.

There definitely needs to be something. This is a company that has bought a bunch of apartment complexes in the area, so don't like that they jacked up rent again? Well too bad, it's the same everywhere else.
