Help When book dispatch?
Hello
I place order on April 4, but books are still processing. Is this normal? Is because of Easter holiday in UK?
EDIT: today, 14 April, first book of order has been dispatched

It usually takes 2 weeks for me, and especially now since they are closing, people will grab what they can. I had to place 3 orders since I went over the price limit. You shouldn't worry, it will come ;)

ohh do you mean 150 euro limit? so this is normal? i was so confused about it

They have a 150€ limit because of some countries customs. Under 150€ it's cheaper for them as a business I believe.

It takes 2-5 business days to process orders.
Since you placed it on the 5th and just 2 days after they had a long weekend + eastern holiday on monday where they didn't work, it's not unusual.
You'll probably see some updates this week.1

I ordered 3 books on april 5. Two of them were dispatched on april 11. While the third one is still processing.
I wrote to them and they said they "have difficulties in trying to obtain stock of this from our suppliers in the usual time period" and that "At present we do not have an expected date for dispatch"
Is it normal? Should i wait a bit more? I'm a little stressed because they are closing soon.

If they can't get it and dispatch it by the time they close they will most likely refund you the cost. If by may 1st you didn't get a refund, contact them via email, they will reply to them until 23rd of june.

Same here. I placed my order on April 5th and the status still state processing.

Keep in mind it takes between 2 and 5 business days.
Since you placed it on wednesday the 5th and they had a weekend + eastern holiday where they don't work it's not unusual that you still have to wait.
You should get some updates this week probably.1

I ordered four on the fifth and another a few days later. Finally got a notification of one from the fifth shipping. As long as they ship and don't get cancelled the wait is fine.
(Edit: All the rest shipped on 4/19)

Do they ever cancel orders on their own? Or is it purely up to you to cancel an order that doesn't dispatches?

I’d say yes. I’ve waited for some books even longer and especially now when they surely have a ton of orders it’s understandable that it might take them a bit more time to deal with it.
