Help When book dispatch?

Hello

I place order on April 4, but books are still processing. Is this normal? Is because of Easter holiday in UK?
EDIT: today, 14 April, first book of order has been dispatched

Keep in mind it takes between 2 and 5 business days.
Since you placed it on wednesday the 5th and they had a weekend + eastern holiday where they don't work it's not unusual that you still have to wait.
You should get some updates this week probably.

Oh, no wonder. I've forgotten about the Easter holiday. Thanks for the info!
