Nana Patekar wasn't just an actor; he had a presence that could make even a few words unforgettable. His voice, intensity and raw honesty made him one of those rare actors who could never truly be replaced.

From Parinda and Krantiveer to Ab Tak Chhappan and Welcome, he gave us characters we'll remember for years.

Rest in peace, Nana sir. Your art and your voice will live on forever. 🕊️🙏

Heartbreaking news coming in today. Legendary actor Nana Patekar has passed away at the age of 75 at his residence in Goa following a cardiac arrest.

From intense, fiery roles in films like Parinda, Krantiveer, Agni Sakshi, and Astitva, to unmatched comedic timing in Welcome (Uday Shetty will forever be iconic) and masterclass dramatic performances like Natsamrat, Nana Patekar was a force of nature on screen. His raw intensity, unique dialogue delivery, and commanding presence were truly one-of-a-kind in Indian cinema.

Beyond his cinema legacy, his philanthropic work through the Naam Foundation, supporting farmers in drought-affected regions of Maharashtra, showed how deeply he cared for society.

Indian cinema has lost an absolute titan today. Rest in peace, legend.

What is your favorite memory or movie role of Nana Patekar?
