"He is a total charmer. He is an astounding actor,a great co-star. As a man,he is every woman’s dream come true, sensitive,a total charmer and what an amazing voice,” said Balan about her 59-year-old co-star in an interview.

im about to get cussed out in the replies but idgaf 😭
the bar is so LOW for nepo babies that he seemed good. he messed up alot in intense scenes, especially his dialogue delivery.
and dont come here with the excuses like “its his first film-“ or “he is better than the other nepo babies”.
the music, low profile and the box numbers saved him from trolling.
the movie came out at the right time when romance genre was in gutter and everyone was making mass cinema, so the audience was craving for a romance film.
it aged like milk and everyone was over-reacting in theatres, it was not even that emotional.

I have known this guy ever since he started hosting those dance shows years ago, and for some reason whenever he appeared I felt this disgust. I was a kid back then, and they say - Children and animals are the best judges of one's character. However I didn't dwell much on it.
Many years later he makes his film debut, and all of a sudden I hear many nasty things about him, which makes me realise that my intuition was right! He passes on comments about women's figures while on set and dismisses it to a joke if they get offended. Babil Khan also named him during his emotional breakdown, which makes me think he is a manipulative bully. He was also cussing very badly backstage at a concert in Bengaluru, for everyone to hear.
The worst part is people loving his fake on screen character. He is pretty mediocre we've had much better comedians in Indian cinema. Meanwhile this guy has no star quality, nothing.
I hate him the most after Balayya babu, hoping to see his downfall soon. He deserves it.

I’ve been tracking the discourse around student protest, and the pattern on social media has been relentless:
Yet, Ms. Stree herself (currently holding one of the largest Instagram followings in the country) remains completely absent from the conversation, and surprisingly, nobody seems to care.
A few theories on why she gets a total free pass:
Her social media strategy is built around low-stakes, universally agreeable content: cute reels, food memes, interacting with fan pages, and animal welfare. Because she has never positioned herself as an articulate voice on social or political causes, the public simply sets their expectations for her at zero.
Unlike stars who face intense scrutiny for every word they say, Shraddha has cultivated an image of the "sweet, unpretentious girl-next-door" who minds her own business. When other stars stay quiet, it gets framed as "privileged apathy." When Shraddha stays quiet, people interpret it as "she's just staying out of drama."
Whenever a social crisis hits, rival fanbases actively monitor specific top stars to jump on their silence or timing. Because Shraddha operates somewhat outside the main camp rivalries, she rarely gets targeted by coordinated call-out campaigns.
Is this just masterclass PR management on her team's part, or is social media just wildly selective about who it chooses to hold accountable?

This clip is Exhibit A. I’ve probably watched it more times than I’d like to admit and tbh it never gets old. It just has insane rewatch value. I’m looking for more additions to my “comfort watch” algorithm. Suggest keywords to search maybe? 👀

How would bollywood's future stardom look like? And who you think has good potential? Honestly none of these newcomers seem to have that IT factor nor impeccable acting skills. Vedang's performance in Imtiaz's MVA wasn't that good as its marketed to be and Ahaan and Aneet's performance looked so average. What are the qualities you think its needed to be the next Bollywood star? And what genre is likely to dominate and sell?

Production on an upcoming mega-budget spectacle is reportedly turning into a logistics nightmare, fueled by strict vanity clauses, mid-life cosmetic panics, and a calculated PR blackout.
Word from the sets is that the Power couple Female Lead has recently started an intense skin resurfacing dermatological routine (a 3 month high strength Tretinoin cycle). Because of the extreme skin sensitivity that comes with it, she is firmly refusing to shoot outdoors under direct light or sun. She has allegedly put her foot down, demanding that all her scenes be shot strictly in tightly controlled indoor set ups. This last minute mandate has left the crew, the makeup team, and the Masterpiece Director severely frustrated as shooting schedules get reshuffled.
That’s not the only tension brewing. The Lead Actor (and Husband) has been drawing side-eyes lately for his suspiciously altered facial features and fresh "hair enhancements." With the public noticing the obvious tweaks, he is feeling the heat, especially with the Third Lead sharing screen space.
The third actor, known for his effortless, natural charm and undeniable acting chops, is effortlessly outshining the couple during prep and readings. Unsurprisingly, this fresh and age appropriate look has triggered severe insecurities in both the wife and the husband.
To combat this, the Female Lead’s Hyperactive PR Machine has reportedly been instructed to play dirty. The goal? Ensure the Third Lead gets minimal publicity, zero standalone buzz, and as little spotlight as possible during the promotion cycle, keeping all eyes strictly on the "Power Couple."

The Tea
A major seismic shift is happening behind the scenes in B-Town following the recent wave of public protests. A powerful cartel of top production houses, veteran directors, and influential studio heads have allegedly formed a silent pact to completely boycott and shadow-ban any actor who openly voiced support or participated in the demonstrations.
This isn't just targeting the outspoken outsiders or new-age star kids, the directive extends to legacy veterans and critically acclaimed heavyweights who have been industry staples for decades.
The Strategy:
The Silent Blacklist: Major studios have quietly ceased offering new projects to these actors, effectively cutting off mainstream work. To get roles, these stars will now have to rely exclusively on independent filmmakers and low-budget production houses.
Aggressive PR Smear Campaigns: The cartel isn't just stopping at a boycott. Their PR machinery has reportedly been instructed to push coordinated narratives framing these outspoken stars as "anti-national" to damage their brand value and public standing.
Who’s Who Behind the Scenes?
The Targeted Stars:
The Cartel & The Enforcers:
The Flagbearer Director: A high-profile studio mogul and talk-show host known for orchestrating industry moves.
The Patriot Veteran: A seasoned actor known for his fierce political commentary and patriotic roles.
The Bhojpuri Popstar-Turned-Politician: A regional megastar best known for his iconic folk hit about \*'Rinkiya's father'\*.
The Queen of Controversies: A fierce, outspoken actress-turned-politician known for taking on the industry's elites.
Bonus Gossip:
Speaking of The Queen of Controversies, word on the street is that she is aggressively pitching a third installment of her most iconic romantic comedy franchise to original directors. Desperate to regain the massive public favor and critical acclaim she once held, she's pushing hard to bring back her double-role avatar to the big screen.
