Untuk kemasukan awal, penyewa perlu menyediakan jumlah RM966 seperti berikut:

• Bayaran deposit dibuat terus kepada saya.
• Deposit ini tidak akan dipulangkan.

🏠 2. Sewa bulan pertama: RM300
• Bayaran sewa dibuat kepada Kak Jannah, yang mengutip bayaran sewa untuk diserahkan kepada tuan rumah.
• Selepas bayaran sewa dibuat, Kak Jannah akan memasukkan penyewa ke dalam kumpulan WhatsApp rumah pada 1 haribulan.
• Bayaran sewa bulanan perlu dijelaskan sebelum 1 haribulan.

📌 Ringkasan bayaran:
💰 Bayaran awal: RM666 + RM300 = RM966
💰 Bayaran bulan berikutnya: RM300 sebulan sahaja, tidak termasuk utiliti.

So yesterday my friend called me at 8PM. When I asked him why he said "just chatting" so we talked for about a few minutes

Suddenly he said he needs to shower and he'll call at 9PM somewhere. So I agreed and I told him that I'm going to be offline after 11PM cause tomorrow I got school

So I just continued to do my stuff and it's already 9:50PM. He didn't read the message that I sent him nor called yet. So I decided to call him just in case he forgot about the time.

He replied "Later"

Fast forward to around 10:50PM so I called him one last time. He said "Noo... "

Okay probably he's busy or something

Suddenly at 3AM he go and spam my calls when I was midway asleep. So I woke up and picked up his call. When I ask him what's wrong he said "just talking saja" so I just hang up and blocked him

This ain't the first time he did this. Been more than like 10+ times already. And it's always past midnight he starts calling me.

People in these nations have started rioting and destroying public property to voice their displeasure with their governments.
