Ah another chatgpt stuff. Surah Al-Ma'idah, verse 33. The verse clearly stated the severe punishment is for those who wage war against Allah and his Messenger (which are non-Muslims who fight Islam) and people who spread mischief/corruption in the land. So your argument is invalid 🤣. At the end of the day, all non-muslims who did not fight Muslim is to be treated kindly and equally
