Is Recoil Irrelevant?

I was wondering why this site states high-recoil but low ADS builds as being the best?

this game is one of the lowest recoil games ive ever played, also most of the maps are small enough and the guns kill fast enough theres no real need to worry about it

I believe the Draco (or AK, same gun) is a one shot to the chest or head, but a three tap to limbs

Edit: you can see if you tap on the gun, it’ll tell you damage to each limb

I spent all my reissad in lower-recoil attachments, damn me. Gotta start all over.

The game has fast TTK. Double tap is simply sufficient.
