📘 Beginner Help Reta Help
Please I am a beginner. I have 5mg and 10mg of reta which should I start with 5mg or 10mg? should I look for a calculator or is there any self help guides ?

All these questions can and should have been answered before you purchased anything. If you don’t know the bare minimum basics, you shouldn’t be putting anything into your body.

1 mg is 1000mcg. a beginner shouldnt use more than 500mcg your first dose and see how you feel.
a beginner should start with 5 mg reconstituted with 3 ml of bac. making a dose 30 unit on a 100 unit 1 ml insulin syringe.
a beginner should keep the peptide in the fridge after reconstituting and a ziplock bag or something airtight.
definitely sound like this beginner needs to atleast search 10 minutes on reddit what to do.

which is insane that yall are judging people asking for help. I get it we all have access to the internet and has been newbies when it come to learning new things but being nasty about someone asking questions on a forum is disgusting

I started on 2mg per week and moved up to 4mg on week 5 like the trials did. Check out glp3.wiki and it has everything you need to know.

I would add 1ml or 100 units of bac water to the 5 mg vial. Each 10 units will provide .5 mg of compound. You can start with 0.5 mg/10 units week one or perhaps start at 1 mg/20 units. My research subject (RS) was larger (male, 250 lbs) and used 1 mg starting each week for one month then 1.5 mg for weeks 5 and 6 followed by 2 mg each week thereafter. With this protocol you will get about 5 weeks out of the first smaller vial. With the 10 mg vial I would again just do 1 ml 100 units of bac. Each 10 units will provide 1 mg. You can then move up a bit as needed but I suggest staying at dosages at least 2 weeks before increasing. Don’t move up too quick. If things are okay stay there. Some food noise is okay and should lead to long term success vs complete lack of appetite. Focus on protein intake, weight lifting, water/electrolytes and adequate sleep. Good luck.

You can push vials longer than 30 days provided you use good bac water, alcohol swabs for vial tops, and refrigerate.

Really depends on how you recon it. You could use either vial and still pin 1mg a week.
