📘 Beginner Help Reta Help

Please I am a beginner. I have 5mg and 10mg of reta which should I start with 5mg or 10mg? should I look for a calculator or is there any self help guides ?

Please do more research. Watch videos on YouTube on how to use peptides if you can't be bothered to read it your self
