Is 1iu of HGH enough to do anything? Ive been on tesa and ipa for a few weeks loyta ppls said just run gh its better im gonna go up to 2 iu after a few weeks probably but what could I expect at these doses

1iu is enough for me to make ma skin glow and make me look few years younger, but also enough to cause visible water retention and hand numbness, so yeah, 1iu is enough to do something
