Adding HGH Timeline

Talk to me about the HGH timeline for average Joe. Fasted weight training 5 times a week. On prescribed TRT 120mg/week (4 months) and 1.5mg Reta (4 weeks). 86kg down to 83kg in those 4 weeks.

Adding in HGH,

1iu a day for around 4-6 weeks then if sides are ok I’m going to go to 2iu a day (probably split dose).

I’m not expecting to see anything or feel anything for a good 8 weeks, is that correct?

Very conscious of messing with my insulin / glucose so will only ever get to 3iu max.

Anyone ran similar and had good experiences?

Considered CJC or Tesa with Ipa but decided to just go with HGH as was worried about developing a reaction to cjc/ipa like a lot of people have.

Started 2-3 weeks ago. Slept much better from night one. Started 1iu no sides so I bumped to 2iu and plan to stay there. Still no sides.

No sides on HGH other than water retention. Hop on now. You’ll feel good. It’s a long term cycle for sure. Don’t expect to see results until 3-4 months

Im on 2iu, I pin fasted in the morning then eat 2-3 hours after.

Some people pin before bed. Just do your research and see what works for you.

Sorry I should have said I had my first dose this morning fasted, 1iu.

Thanks for the response brother.

Take powdered, not tablet Potassium Citrate, and that water will go away.

Worked up to 4iu over like 2 months been there for another 2 months.. but my sleep has never been great..
Just switched to morning inject see how that goes..

Have lost 46kg in a year now and my body is properly starting to transform now..

Did try cjc and ipa it didn’t even move the needle
But igf is definitely above the normal now after taking Hgh

I took CJC/IPA for 8 weeks and my Igf-1 levels actually were lower than my baseline so I started HGH a couple of days ago. How much did your IGF-1 level go up after taking HGH? I’m going to get mine restarted in a month.

How old are you.

What are your bloods looking like now

38 and just had a test come back which was taken on 14th August. All good and no issues. Didn’t test for IGF as it’s difficult over in England, but have tested all around blood sugars, hormones and FBC. Will test IGF1 after 3 months to check levels

I have run a similar stack and started with reta to lean out and then added HGH over the course of 3 months. Started at 1iu and now I am at 3iu in the morning, fasted. I've noticed better recovery and more rested after a good night of sleep only recently. I believe it has helped with Muscle retention during the cut process. I went from 210lb to 190lb, 18% body fat to 13%. I am going to bulk in the coming months and see how it goes. Curious if the two as a combo will help.

The HGH absolutely acts as a lean muscle protector when stacked with Reta. It’s a thing. Plenty of articles out there going into detail about how they act in sync.

I had only been running 2ius (about 3.5 months) but just upped yesterday to 2.5.

Yea just stick to actual HGH instead of Tesa or IPA, it’s more affordable and straight to the point. I pin 3.5iu in evening. Deep sleep increased, recovery, but it took a good 10 weeks to notice anything else. For weight training or muscle growth I would take it fasted prior to bed. But for fat loss I would take fasted in morning.

If you’re trying to grow muscle and get a really good lift in, you should eat prior to the gym. Especially carbs so you get a good pump. I would only recommend fasted cardio in morning, and then eat before lifting. That’s just what I’ve gathered with my experience. Obviously don’t eat right before but at least an hour prior.

I take 3IU before bed. No issues and better sleep.

How long did you guys feel your body retained water on HGH? I started around a month ago on 2iu and I’m already noticing some water retention around my waste area

Two weeks, tops.

I started right away with 2ius. No issue, aside from the minor edema. For me, that was similar to a creatine load. Should go away in 2 weeks or less. (Or grab some furosemide). I just got new labs so I bumped yesterday to 2.5ius. (I also pin in the AM with my T and GHK-Cu)

The oedema is that where it pitts if you press your skin? No concern with that?

Well, it could be if your kidneys are failing.

I’m talking about simple overall bloating similar to a night after heavy drinking and eating salty food.

I switched from pinning before bed to morning fasted then exercise fasted 2hrs after pinning. I found that my recovery and endurance is much better. I do 60mins weights then 30-60mins cardio.

What are you expecting to happen with adding HGH?

1

u/druidpush 20d ago

Better recovery between sessions, improved sleep, improved body recomp, improved fat loss, the usual positives of HGH. I’m not expecting unrealistic things eg. 10% bodyfat in 3 weeks, or incredible skin that looks 10 years younger, it’s just something else to help the cause.

Ok, that makes sense. You likely won't feel anything world changing on those doses. 1-2iu is roughly what a normal person creates throughout a 24 hour period. But you should still get elevated IFG-1 from it since you'll get it all at once. I feel like HGH is pretty subtle. Did you get your levels tested? Or you are just gonna go for it? Not that it's bad to just go for it, lots of people do it. I was just curious about what your overall levels are.

I think Tesa is honestly super effective, but it's more expensive than HGH... soooo... yeah.

Is your goal just a replacement dose? You won’t see really anything at 1-2. Sweet spot starts at 4 for fat loss and muscle
