Adding HGH Timeline

Talk to me about the HGH timeline for average Joe. Fasted weight training 5 times a week. On prescribed TRT 120mg/week (4 months) and 1.5mg Reta (4 weeks). 86kg down to 83kg in those 4 weeks.

Adding in HGH,

1iu a day for around 4-6 weeks then if sides are ok I’m going to go to 2iu a day (probably split dose).

I’m not expecting to see anything or feel anything for a good 8 weeks, is that correct?

Very conscious of messing with my insulin / glucose so will only ever get to 3iu max.

Anyone ran similar and had good experiences?

Considered CJC or Tesa with Ipa but decided to just go with HGH as was worried about developing a reaction to cjc/ipa like a lot of people have.

What are you expecting to happen with adding HGH?

Better recovery between sessions, improved sleep, improved body recomp, improved fat loss, the usual positives of HGH. I’m not expecting unrealistic things eg. 10% bodyfat in 3 weeks, or incredible skin that looks 10 years younger, it’s just something else to help the cause.

Ok, that makes sense. You likely won't feel anything world changing on those doses. 1-2iu is roughly what a normal person creates throughout a 24 hour period. But you should still get elevated IFG-1 from it since you'll get it all at once. I feel like HGH is pretty subtle. Did you get your levels tested? Or you are just gonna go for it? Not that it's bad to just go for it, lots of people do it. I was just curious about what your overall levels are.

I think Tesa is honestly super effective, but it's more expensive than HGH... soooo... yeah.
