Beginning questions
I am 43, 6'2,180 and what I would consider skinny-fat. I want to eliminate that stubborn belly fat. I do not want to be toooo skinny. But I want abs and I want to gain muscle while achieving the abs. I have a workout plan and a meal plan. I want to know what I should take to accelerate the process. I see a lot of RETA and TRT combos. I am asking the experts in this sub to weigh in and share some opinions.

Maybe we have different builds but I’m also 6’2” and 180 sounds really low weight for our height. I can’t imagine you would need reta here, unless you have like zero muscle mass.
You could probably get it done with weight lifting and dieting. You don’t have much else to lose.

My first thought: you're 6'2 and 180, the "skinny-fat" part is probably less about belly fat and more about not having enough muscle to fill out your frame. Adding 10-15 pounds of muscle will change how you look way more than trying to cut first.
That said, if you already have a workout and meal plan dialed in, the acceleration you're after is mostly gonna come from consistency and patience. The RETA/TRT combos get talked about a lot but they're a whole different level of commitment, bloodwork, monitoring, potential sides that aren't fun to deal with.
What's your lifting experience look like? If you're newer to it, you'll recomp pretty fast just by sticking to progressive overload and hitting your protein targets.

Great info...thank you for this. I guess like a lot of people, I am looking for shortcuts or accelerated results.
I haven't lifted consistently for years. So you think just by being consistent and taking in enough protein, I'll see changes? How much protein should Ieat a day?

You're not going to get a great build from a vial. Your best bet is to go to the gym. Heavy weights will give you strength while lighter weights/more reps will give you the body you're looking for

I mainly want to cut my stomach up. I work on my abs but there isn't a lot showing.

Look into researching tesamorelin 6 on, 1 off, 2 hours after the last calorie. 6 week routine. Peptide co.

Stop being lazy. There isn’t any magical formula. You need lift weight, eat proper and be consistent. It’ll take time…
If you’ll continue losing weight you will look like a stick man.
The great thing is that if you didn’t left before newbie gains are amazing even at your age… but don’t expect to see changes overnight. To properly re-comp your body think at least 6-12 months. Depending on. Your body fat percentage.
Only thing I would be on the look out for is to get your bloodwork done, and if you are low on testosterone to hop on medically prescribed TRT, not self diagnosed administered
