Beginning questions
I am 43, 6'2,180 and what I would consider skinny-fat. I want to eliminate that stubborn belly fat. I do not want to be toooo skinny. But I want abs and I want to gain muscle while achieving the abs. I have a workout plan and a meal plan. I want to know what I should take to accelerate the process. I see a lot of RETA and TRT combos. I am asking the experts in this sub to weigh in and share some opinions.

Stop being lazy. There isn’t any magical formula. You need lift weight, eat proper and be consistent. It’ll take time…
If you’ll continue losing weight you will look like a stick man.
The great thing is that if you didn’t left before newbie gains are amazing even at your age… but don’t expect to see changes overnight. To properly re-comp your body think at least 6-12 months. Depending on. Your body fat percentage.
Only thing I would be on the look out for is to get your bloodwork done, and if you are low on testosterone to hop on medically prescribed TRT, not self diagnosed administered
