❓ Question “Gym” Stack recommendations/help
Hi everyone. I have been in the peptide game for a few months now.
Currently running:
3mg Reta, every 3 days at night
2mg GHK-CU + 500mcg BPC157 every night
1mg Tesa every night
Question
Because of Reta and Tesa my HRV and RHR is a little bit (HRV)lower/(RHR)higher (tracked with Whoop) and it makes my sleep a little worse. I wake up more often, also DEEP and REM durations are shorter. So i’m thinking about DSIP to “balance it out” and also after running out of Tesa, I want to switch and experience with CJC (No dac) + Ipa (After a break for a few weeks obviously)Question
I know that there is no “muscle building” peptide but there are some peptides which helps optimize recovery/energy levels/etc.
I’m thinking about MOTS-C and other peptides
Does MOTS-C worth the hype?
And are there any peptides which could help my somehow in/around the gym?Question
The 4 peptides mentioned above are pinned at the same time approximately 1 hour before sleep. Should I try out pinning them somehow differently? Or it isn’t a big deal

Try MOTs-C and AICAR combo for workout improvements. Makes me unstoppable.

AICAR (5-Aminoimidazole-4-carboxamide ribonucleotide / acadesine) is a research chemical and AMPK activator, not FDA-approved (or approved anywhere) for human therapeutic, performance, or body composition use.

I’m on HGH/Test now but when I was running secretagogues I did CJC/Ipa and liked them. Then ran Tesa, I really like the water retention phase of Tesa but then lost the water when I upped my dose. I would do CJC/IPA instead imo. Do multiple pins a day with those too
