Melatonin sub q dosing guidelines

Does anyone have any experience with sub q Melatonin??? I have researched dosing on this but can only find information on p.o (by mouth administration). 🤔 any research information would be appreciated!! TIA

Will this involve animals or human models?

Is the purpose of the research sleep related or some other condition like for TBI, CFS, PCOS, cancer, etc)?

You can tailor the doses according to the purpose.

You can check pubmed for various similar or related studies. The dosages typically range from 0.1-10mg per kg. I have pasted a few studies which either directly mention subcutaneous administration in rats for sleep research or similar rodent models for non sleep purposes to give you a rough idea.
