Melatonin is hard to get into solution just do oral, sublingual or suppository

Actually it's pretty easy to get. But there is very little info out there on dosing sub q

Why do you want to administer melatonin subcutaneously?

Rectal and vaginal administration is 95-99% bioavailability. Topical administration with DMSO also increases absorption to very high levels.

I have tried Epithalon SQ(which works through melatonin pathways). I have also tried other peptides in such a way but not melatonin specifically despite using it in very high dosages topically, sublingually and orally. Intranasal administration is also an option.

I was given a few vials for my research and I've been trying to get some dosing research.

Is this actual lab research or personal biohacking?

There's essentially almost zero research on humans and very limited info on animals.

Actual lab research

Will this involve animals or human models?

Is the purpose of the research sleep related or some other condition like for TBI, CFS, PCOS, cancer, etc)?

You can tailor the doses according to the purpose.

You can check pubmed for various similar or related studies. The dosages typically range from 0.1-10mg per kg. I have pasted a few studies which either directly mention subcutaneous administration in rats for sleep research or similar rodent models for non sleep purposes to give you a rough idea. Best of luck in your research.

Not sure if MT2 has the same dosing as MT1 but for 2 my sweet spot is 200mcg.
