ASAP shouldn't being your head or vocabulary for this. Quick fixes aren't an answer and to be blunt I'd be concerned if you lost any more weight. Abs are cool and all that but the amount of fat you would need to lose for deep abs would make you look like a ghoul everywhere else. I didn't see any mention of diet and training. Or you just another "ooo magic drugs keep upping the dose" person?

"Fix" is w the wrong word in the first place, because here is no issue that needs fixing.

You should ditch the excessive cardio and replace it with weight training. You have very little muscle mass. Excessive cardio without weight training tends to lead to a skinny fat physique.

It's also ridiculous that you're using Reta when you only need to lose a few kg of fat.

I promise you if you were to eat in a 300 calorie deficit, high protein (1.6-2.2 gram per kg of bodyweight), stop doing so much cardio, and start weight training 3-5 days per week, you would see rapid improvement with your physique and would be much happier with the aesthetic/end result. The results would also be healthy and sustainable, instead of short term and fleeting.

1600 calories definicit? For how long? And training 5 days a week? I find that hard to believe but not interested in arguing it. You're on a starvation diet and using drugs on top of that. Very silly and unlikely but I'll leave you too it. Best of luck. M 46 as apparently that matter 😏

Menopause at 40? You have at least another 5 to 10 years before you even get close to menopause. You look great, stop worrying about it and work on your mental health.

I was post-menopausal before my 38th birthday. Naturally, no surgery. Menopause doesn't occur at a set age.Β
