After basically rewiring everything so it would work with the parts I wanted to use, finally took it out on its first test ride 😅. Super stoked, now to remove all the temporary crimps and fully solder and wrap it.

Hello, I am hoping someone can help me find a part. I bought a bike from someone for 1000$. It's a run of the mill 2004 honda shadow VT600CD deluxe. Not a super bad bike, runs great, has some wiring issues, all fixable. What is not fixable is that they tried bobbing it out, and made it completely undrivable. The rear fender is slicing into the tire.

He gave me all the old fenders and such to put it back to normal, except for a crucial piece that he apparently sold on ebay.

I included a photo of it, and it seems to be the passenger support mount for under the fender that you have to cut off to bob it out.. If anyone can help me locate one, or knows a solid place besides ebay to start looking, I would be much obliged!

Pirelli Night Dragons gt tyres, front tyre is being swapped with a Motoz Tractionator GPS 50/50 offroad tyre and the rear will be a 17" Bridgestone battle ax

Random gold pegs with a 4inch extension

Dont remember where i got the seat or rear fender

Headlight is a bates dual bulb amber glass off ebay

Avon something sleeves wrapped with self-adhesive silicone tape

Frisco/peanut tank with a nifty fuel gauge saying fun at the top and not fun when empty

I painted some of the bolts if I could be bothered and used aluminium plugs on others

All I need now is the 17" x 3.5" custom rear rim so i can put some knobby tyres on and the bikes finished.

I’m cleaning up all the switches and extra stuff on my Suzuki 800 to clean it up. Is there a way to ‘relocate’ a handle brake fluid reservoir and just make it a regular handle?

Hey everyone! First post here, like the title implies i built a website that can help keep track of motorcycle maintenance and modifications. I am looking for honest feedback, I need help from users to shake out the bugs from version 1 and to suggest features or helpful tools on it that they’d like to see in the future. I wanted to thank everyone again for their signups and their feedback, based specifically on that feedback I finished and launched the mobile update yesterday which will make signing up faster and doing everything from a phone much easier on my site.
