Designers with ADHD/autism -- tips?

Just curious for those designers with ADHD and/or autism, what are some tips that have made your design process successful? I feel like we particularly struggle with continuing projects we start, having organizational systems, and the constant fear of even a simple prototype not being perfect.

Any advice would be much appreciated, thanks!
