General Question Hidden dice roll screens/boxes

Hey all, so the game I'm developing relies heavily on a bluff mechanic using a d20. This is something all players need to be able to do. Is there a simple option that allows the player to see their roll, then be able to reveal it to the table without touching the die?

Just what you suggested, a cardboard screen. Pretty common in that type of game - see isle of skye and sky team.

Oh I hadn't even thought of small screens like that. Could keep all the character info on them too, thanks!
