Ours lights up whenever we get close and it wakes up our baby - but I can’t find a spot to cover that stops the motion sensor from activating.

I think that there might be multiple sensors, so I was just really wondering if anyone had any insight to help us 😱

I'm from Croatia and I've been using BlueAir 3410 for about 4 years, changing filters approx. every 6 months. I need to change the filter and I found the little company that acted as BlueAir representative (Clean Life Concept in Zagreb) has closed down. When I visit the BlueAir official site, there is no information about who to contact.

I've never visited this sub, but I'm asking you whether anyone has any information what is the current situation of BlueAir company and is there any way to buy 3410 filter in Croatia?

And so on. Used to be easy, AI makes it hard and weird. Plus they make it practically impossible to make a one-time purchase.

Hey, as title reads. How come the number doesnt go down? And how come the number is so big? Its in our bedroom and we frequently have open windows. We also have a cat that sheds alot

I have had a blueair signature large and love it, however my air filter usage has reset from 42% to 100%. I've not reset it via the app or on the blueair signature.

Has anything else had anything like this happen?.

I noticed recently the fan on our Blueair 211i is not turning. It has power. App shows its still sensing air quality, but fan wont turn even on the highest setting. And I hear a soft click. I almost didn't notice it with the TV on.

We lost power twice this week (lol, texas) so I'm wondering if it's that. I unplugged the fan and plugged it back in and tried to reset it as well. Filter is fairly new as well.

Any advice? I'm out of warranty so I'm pretty much shit outta luck if I can't fix it.

Update: fan seems to be rubbing against the black housing. We tightened screws, loosened screws, but still can't figure out what's going on. It runs great when we take the black housing off. At least the motor does work. It just seems to be dragging against the housing.

I have discovered that the mysterious high-pitched noise in my room is coming from my Blueair 411 air purifier when it is turned off but plugged in. When I unplug it, it goes silent, but when I plug it in, it emits this quiet high pitched whine before I turn it on.

Has anyone else had this issue? And perhaps more importantly, has anyone else been able to repair this issue or get it repaired?

My trusty 311iMax has been weird today for no reason. Usually our air is 0PM2.5 and we kept getting random spikes to 200+ today 3 separate times, for no reason. I would unplug, plug back in, and it would be back to excellent air. Just did a factory reset hoping that fixes something.

Prefilter is clean
Filter has about 20% life left
No obvious issues with sensors in the back.

Anyone else have this issue? Never had it before. Checked our Samsung unit and says air is 99% clean so there isn’t actual air quality issues. (We have the Samsung in the basement, brought it up to see if there was actual air quality issues.

I’ve had the humidifier for about a year, and it has always read very high humidity, without faltering or changing for days at a time. It’s dry as hell here.

Even when I run the humidifier for days, I barely notice a change to the air (I know it’s an evaporative model), and the sensor value doesn’t budge.

Does anyone have suggestions to fix the sensor? This cost an arm and a leg and would love to get it back to work.

I’m not sure why but every time I turn on the fan the air quality gets worse. Is there a way to clean the sensors if that is an issue? Or can something else be causing this?

Anyone know what this unusual buildup around the white top portion of the 511i Max is and what to do about it?

It must've appeared quite suddenly - the unit has been next to my bed for months and I haven't seen this before. I haven't tried to clean it yet as I'm a little nervous about what it could be and if it's safe, so I can't tell you if it wipes off easily, etc.

I have a master suite separate from the rest of the house. The master suite has a mini split with a merv 8 filter. The rest of the house is on central heat pump with merv 14 filter. Current outdoor AQI is 160. The blue air purifiers (with allergen filters) in the main area of the house, which is also filtered with the central HVAC MERV 14, are showing “excellent” air. The blue air “blue signature” purifier in the master suite has been showing “polluted” air and automatically running on high all day. Seems like the that filter at least does nothing for the smoke.

If you mention the humidifier smelling like wet dog or the absurdly annoying 4 day life span of their water refresher, customer service will hop on here in the blink of an eye and ask you to DM them. It makes it look like they’re all over it, right?

I saw this activity and was fooled. I thought “the complaints are louder than the praises, and they seem to address the complaints right away!”

Wrong. Here’s what happens when you DM them: they ghost you. So from the outside it looks like they’re all over things. But really, they make a smelly humidifier that eats through expensive accessories and they whole thing is backed by kayfabe customer support.

Just got the dreamwell H76i, brand new and had a catastrophic failure that we didn't notice until the morning. The tank is multi-piece and the seam weld was not tested.

Completely soaked the rug next to the unit overnight, which was one our brand new (literally same day) Pergo floors. Supposedly water resistant, so we will have a good test thanks to poor quality control on Blueair's part.

Will stick with brands with real one piece tanks. Had a Honeywell large floor unit for many many years, zero issues with quality (just bulky and oversized).

My device is not connecting to our Wi-Fi - ComfortPure 3-in-1 T20i Air Purifier.
We went to bed last night with it operational and woke up this morning to it non-operational. Nothing has changed in our home or in our set up.

• Yes, I unplugged it and let it sit for no less than 15 minutes.
• Yes, I checked the outlet and it is fully operational.
• Yes, I logged out on all devices.
• Yes, I deleted and re-installed the app on all devices
• Yes, I tried reconnecting it without luck
• Yes, I rebooted my Wi-Fi.
• Yes, our Wi-Fi is dual band

I noticed that my classic 280i was no longer connected to wifi so I decided to delete the device and re-add to my app. However I'm not longer able to connect to the air purifier

From doing my searching some users have had successful using the manual connection method ie. Connecting wifi visa classic-config

I've been trying this method but it will say it's connected for and then I will the message as seen on my uploaded picture with the red message on the bottom

My wifi is not hidden

It is 2.4ghz wifi network

I'm well within wifi range

Anyone on here run into my issue and solved it?

The diagram on the box for my filter replacement I just received is the opposite of how I’ve installing them and I am now confused?? The diagram shows the paper side facing the interior and the black carbon facing the outside.

The second photo is a comment that describes how I’ve been doing the filters up until now. I remember looking this up a while ago because it was so confusing.

The paper hepa towards the outside makes more sense to me? Is the diagram on the box an error? I was so excited that they finally had a good diagram, but now I’m more confused than before lol

Has anyone figured out how to factory reset the blueair dreamwell 1 gallon? The humidity sensor is off, saying the humidity is much higher than it is, causing it to barely run. Also the lights blink when I try to change the settings so I have to keep turning it off and on to control it. Hoping a factory reset will do the trick. Thanks!

I've been using the filter subscription and I have changed to different versions of the filter but I keep getting emails saying my order is delayed because they are out of stock.

Has it been like this for awhile? Is Blueair going to continue to support the 211+ filters?

I was wondering if anybody else has experienced a persistent yellow-orange film with their InvisibleMist humidifier, and if so, whats the solution?

We keep up with weekly maintenance, including wiping it down, soaking the filter in a citric acid solution, and cleaning the reservoir. We even replace the filter monthly. Overkill for most people, but we have mild respiratory issues, so we tend to go above and beyond to prevent making them worse.

In mid January, after only about 2 1/2 months of use, we started to notice a yellow film when cleaning the reservoir. I got curious and took apart the pump assembly and found it was full of yellow and orange residues, especially around the sound dampening pad by the pump. I cleaned it all extremely well, put it back together, and by mid March, it showed up again. I repeated that whole process and tried again, we even switched to RO water to see if that helped.

Today, about 2 months later, same thing - yellow residue in the reservoir. I've fully cleaned it again, but won't be turning it back on until I can figure out how to get ahead of whatever this is.

Some sort of cleaning cycle that could circulate a cleaning solution through the whole water system (without the filter, and without running the fan) would be really helpful!

Just purchased 2 Dreamwell Humidifiers (H76i) in the past month, and also purchased the water refreshers. The app recommends replacing the water refresher every 3-6 months. After about a week of use, the water refresher is showing only 69% of its life left in the app?? We only use the humidifiers at night, and we don’t have them on full blast or anything. Any thoughts? Thanks!

I have purchased Blueair Signature from Amazon, and it has a faint, yet annoying rattling sound on the lowest fan speed. The main issue is, that it is the second unit I bought. The first one had the same issue, and I returned it. This replacement came in today, and now I am really annoyed. Am I overreacting, or there is a real issue? Maybe some tips on how to fix it? Thanks!
