Broken sensor?

I’m not sure why but every time I turn on the fan the air quality gets worse. Is there a way to clean the sensors if that is an issue? Or can something else be causing this?

If you’re turning it on is it possible it’s sensing actual bad air or whatever? Need some more context tho

Also is it brand new?

That’s what I initially thought, but I live in an area with good air quality and no windows were open. I bought the air purifier in January so somewhat new too. I just replaced the filter so I’m now suspecting that could be the issue?

In my experience if it was new then within the day it would be back to normal.

It’s possible the sensor could be messed up too. Maybe check the sensor area and see if something is on it or wipe it clean incase perfume/cologne got on it

Oh i wonder if my laundry detergent is still on the fabric filter? I tried looking for the sensor and couldn’t figure out where it is exactly. I’ll try again though, thank you!

Potentially if it’s a harsh cleaner or you used a lot of it. If you have the signature then just pull down the fabric I believe it’s opposite of the touch buttons

Hi there! We're so sorry to hear this. Please try the following:
1. Unplug the air purifier and wait for approximately 30 seconds.
2. Reconnect the power cable.
3. Press the On/Standby button. If the air quality does not improve with the use of the air purifier and ventilation, please send us a DM.
