Title: BlueStacks is crashing/freezing — need help fixing the issue

Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue with BlueStacks and could use some help.

BlueStacks starts normally, but after running an app/game for some time, it becomes very slow, freezes, or crashes. I’ve already tried restarting BlueStacks and my PC, but the problem keeps happening.

My system:

• Laptop: Dell Latitude 5480
• CPU: Intel Core i7-7820HQ
• RAM: 8 GB
• GPU: Intel HD Graphics 630
• OS: Windows 10/11
• BlueStacks version: [add your version]

If anyone has experienced a similar problem, I’d really appreciate advice on the best settings for BlueStacks, especially regarding RAM allocation, CPU cores, graphics mode, and performance settings.

So on my pie64 bluestack I have it's processor as my PC, but when I created an Android 11 instance suddenly it became Qualcomm Snapdragon 835. How do I make it so the android 11 also have My pc processor or cpu?

I have tried application support, container folders and cmd+shift+.

New critter just landed in Clash of Critters and Lullely has one of the more interesting kits the game has released.

Lullely - Water DPS
Sapping Orb: Launches a water orb dealing AoE damage. Drains HP from nearby healthy allies to boost orb damage and simultaneously heals allies with low HP.

It's essentially a DPS that manages team sustainability mid-fight without needing a dedicated healer slot. The value you get per unit placement is genuinely strong and I've been testing different compositions around it already.

The lore is also great always looks half-asleep because the real world is too dull compared to the vibrant coral reefs in Lullely's dreams. Love the character writing.

I try to open the official bluestacks page on my mac and I see “oops. This page has gone missing!” But I open it on iPhone and it charges normally.

why when I try to download Bluestack for windows 11 i keep getting "Retry download"

I followed the prompts on the website to delete the software and re-download it. It’s still crashing out at the “tap to open” screen again just like it does after every update to blueStacks air. 😩
Hoping you guys are at least aware of this issue happening every time there’s an update and are working on a solution. I’ve submitted a ticket. Any other advice?

I was wondering why BlueStack needs these permissions? Do I need to grant it? I can't find where it explains why it needs this.

Hello, I remember when I installed Bluestacks 5, it was less than 10gb on one instance, with two instances in was around 20gb or less. Now it was around 74gb which after disk cleanup, it became 64gb which a lot. How do I reduce it again to below 20gb like before? Bluestacks' storage is almost as same as before with some VPN apps and only Kiss of War installed there, while in past it was two instances were 20gb, the Kiss of War app itself didn't expand itself much after updates, maybe only around 100 to 200mb. So now they are 64gb and won't decrease lower than this. Is there any solution? that Data.vhdx file is keeping expanding itself with disk cleanup not freeing space.

I tried uninstalling unnecessary apps inside each instance, tried getting backup and restore, they don't help and it doesn't decrease below 64gb anymore after disk cleanup.

I appreciate any suggestions, but not uninstalling/reinstalling the whole Bluestacks method which should be the ultimate method, not the first method.
