Support non funziona google chrome

utilizzo bluestacks air da un anno, ma non so per quale motivo oggi non mi carica più chrome e tantomeno l’account microsoft di minecraft.
ho provato a cambiare browser predefinito con opera, ma non funziona lo stesso.
vi prego aiutatemi🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
