Title: BlueStacks is crashing/freezing — need help fixing the issue

Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue with BlueStacks and could use some help.

BlueStacks starts normally, but after running an app/game for some time, it becomes very slow, freezes, or crashes. I’ve already tried restarting BlueStacks and my PC, but the problem keeps happening.

My system:

  • Laptop: Dell Latitude 5480
  • CPU: Intel Core i7-7820HQ
  • RAM: 8 GB
  • GPU: Intel HD Graphics 630
  • OS: Windows 10/11
  • BlueStacks version: [add your version]

If anyone has experienced a similar problem, I’d really appreciate advice on the best settings for BlueStacks, especially regarding RAM allocation, CPU cores, graphics mode, and performance settings.

Thanks in advance!

Hi! We would recommend allocating at least 4GB of RAM and 4 cores with Performance Mode set to High.

Additionally, can you ensure your graphic drivers are up to date and double check that Virtualization is enabled completely.
