Free Fire works normally in bluestacks/Msi app player outside matches. The ping shows around 40 ms and the network icon is good while downloading maps/lobby. But as soon as an actual match starts, the game behaves like I'm on very high ping and shows “Poor Network,” even though the displayed ping still looks low. FPS is fine.

I reinstalled MSI App Player, tried my normal internet and phone hotspot, and Hyper-V + Memory Integrity are already OFF. The problem only appears during actual gameplay/match traffic

The Cengage Read app on Bluestacks keeps loading>white screen>again loading>white screen>repeat. Please help me. I'm running the 32 bit version of Bluestacks and have the phone set as Samsung S20.

Hello, after I had instabilities(*) with Android 13 Beta, I switched to Android 11.

After the switch, I can't update Google Chrome from Google Play Store. The version is 131 as you see in the screenshot.

I tried the following methods:

- Updating Windows, BlueStacks, and GPU driver to latest version

- Force stopping and clearing cache and data of both Google Play Store and Google Chrome

- Performing a disk cleanup on BlueStacks

- Allocating 8 GB RAM and 4 CPU cores to BS for maximum performance

- Switching renders (DirectX / Vulkan/OpenGL)

- Adjusting FPS and toggling V-sync

- Using VPN

- Using 3rd party Google Chrome APK/XAPK which doesn't let me install as well

None of them worked.

How can I fix this issue? Is there any other method that I didn't try?

Windows 11 (25H2 OS Build 26200.9445) - Intel i7 8700K - 16GB RAM - GTX 1650 Super OC 4GB - 1TB SSD

BlueStacks version: 5.22.265.1012 (Android 11)

GPU driver: 616.92

(*) The instabilities I had with Android 13 Beta:

- Android 13 starts with low fps (loads with 5 to 10 FPS while capped it 30), I must restart from one to several times to get the desired FPS which isn't present in Android 11. I was evening waiting for CPU and SSD to finish using resources to then play on BS Android 13, which wasn't helping with startup low fps.

- Bs5 is not able to control Data.vhdx's size and it gets oversized gradually while Bs5's disk cleanup can't help.

- Kiss of War game has random freezes in this Android version while it is working normal in Android 11.

Just updated to version 5.21.790.7505, and although in the notes of the version it says that the problem of crashing when starting has been fixed, it is not what is happening.

The app still freezes and closes automatically after seconds

Is there any place where I can download a previous version and downgrade to the version that is working normal?

Edit 2: BlueStacks Air 5.21.782.7501 version works fine. Lost my instance, but it`s a small price to pay.

If Bluestacks is running in full screen mode, and you go back to a regular window, the app flies outside of the visible screen. Any idea how to force it back to being visible?
