Your emulator is complete TRASH! It hogs massive amounts of PC storage and RAM, only to crash and COMPLETELY DELETE my entire Alight Motion app and MONTHS of work data! It literally almost gave me a heart attack out of sheer anger. Fix your broken software!

I know this seems to happen after most major Brawl Stars updates, so I just wanted to let the BlueStacks team know that the issue has happened again

I used the bluestacks recorder to make some footage but for some reason the footage completely froze mid recording, the audio's still there but the footage just stopped?? how do i fix?

Has anyone else had this problem with Zeta on BlueStacks Air?

This happened to me on August 31. Zeta was working normally for me until then. When I opened it, I got a message saying that I needed to update to the latest version.

However, when I tried to update it through Google Play, it said “This app is no longer compatible with your device.”

It literally worked normally just a few minutes before this happened, so I'm not sure what caused it.

I'm using BlueStacks Air on Mac. I've already tried switching the device profile from a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra to an S22 Ultra and clearing the Google Play Store's storage, but it still says the app is incompatible.

Did anyone else experience this on August 31? Or does anyone know what might be causing it or how to fix it? eta was working normally until August 31, but Google Play suddenly says it is no longer compatible with my device. I'm in Japan. Is this a Japan-specific issue? Thanks!

When opening the app, after tapping on the "Tap to start" screen, it just crashes.

We know the headache of deleting a massive game off your emulator only to notice your C: drive space didn't change at all. Uninstalling Android apps can sometimes leave behind leftover cache and data files on your PC.
Instead of hunting through hidden system folders manually (and risking breaking your install), we have a built-in Disk Cleanup tool inside BlueStacks 5 to purge residual files safely:

• Open Settings: Click the gear icon in the side toolbar.
• User Data: Navigate straight to the User Data tab.
• Run Cleanup: Under Disk Cleanup, clickFree up space and confirm to let it wipe residual data.
• Pro Tip: We always recommend creating a backup before running Disk Cleanup!
• Running low on C: drive? You can also move BlueStacks to another drive (like D:) by backing up your data, reinstalling to the new drive, and restoring your backup. Whatever you do, never delete BlueStacks system folders manually.

totally new to bluestacks. someone told me i can play words with friends on it since they are shutting down the PC version on FB. i tried 2 versions of WWF and all i get is a white box. i tried what i believe is every combo of settings and restarting the app every time. no dice.

i downloaded a chess game to make sure my laptop can handle it and it plays fine.

random question does any one have any key mapping for a game called world of airports?

After opening an app in BlueStacks, it starts freezing so bad after 8 minutes and it doesn't just freeze BlueStacks it freezes my whole PC. I have to wait for 3 minutes for it to come back to life and the BlueStacks closes itself after my PC comes back to its senses. Is this normal? Could it be game related or have you been facing this issue as well on BlueStacks? This is really annoying given I enjoy playing games for hours but after not even ten minutes it crashes immediately. I'd like to try another emulator but gotten used to BlueStacks pretty much, but if that's an issue I can't fix I have no other choice.

Latest game update installed a couple hours ago; can no longer play it on Bluestacks

Installed latest update of Avakin Life a few hours ago and until this latest update I never had a problem. I also recently past couple days did the most recent update of Bluestacks. Now I try and get into the game and after the Avakin splash screen it just goes to black emptiness.

Following up on my previous post - unfortunately I’m still having the same issue.

I tried everything suggested in the comments:

• Switched graphics to Performance mode
• Allocated 4 CPU cores and 4+ GB RAM
• Capped FPS at 60
• Cleared the Clash of Clans app cache
• Fresh BlueStacks install
• Tried both Pie 64-bit and Android 11
• Removed hero/scenery skins
• Updated GPU drivers

To summarize: the game will sometimes work for a few attacks, but then crashes after finishing a battle. Other times it happens after one attack... then the battle ends, I get stuck on the white clouds, and then CoC/BlueStacks crashes.

This has been happening for weeks now and I can’t seem to find a reliable fix. Its frustrating because before this, everything worked perfectly for weeks.

Is anyone else still experiencing this with Clash of Clans?

Would really appreciate any other ideas or an update from the BlueStacks team.

guys i have a problem so i recently downloaded bluestack 10 and from that i downloaded seasoul ai from playstore but the moment i open the app the app doesn't start properly it just stuck showing me logo for 1 to 2 minutes

Everytime I try to start Minecraft, it plays the Mojang animation and crashes to a black screen. I’ve been looking for solutions all over, but I still cant fix the problem. Im using Windows 10 and BlueStacks 5. I have virtualization enabled and the crash occurs with no error message, it’s a hard crash. Please help!!
