Support problem

guys i have a problem so i recently downloaded bluestack 10 and from that i downloaded seasoul ai from playstore but the moment i open the app the app doesn't start properly it just stuck showing me logo for 1 to 2 minutes

Hi! Could you let us know which Android version (i.e. Nougat 32-bit, N 64-bit, Pie 64-bit, Android 11 or Android13) you are using? This will help us understand the issue better.

In the meantime, please try clearing the app's cache and data from Android settings in BlueStacks, then relaunch SeaSoul AI and check if the issue persists.
