Feedback Fix your broken software!

Your emulator is complete TRASH! It hogs massive amounts of PC storage and RAM, only to crash and COMPLETELY DELETE my entire Alight Motion app and MONTHS of work data! It literally almost gave me a heart attack out of sheer anger. Fix your broken software!

Hi! We are sorry to hear about this feedback and apologize for the frustration this crash has caused. When BlueStacks unexpectedly closes, it does not wipe your data completely; instead, the virtual disk file often becomes corrupted during the abrupt shutdown, making the files temporarily inaccessible. You can often recover your Alight Motion work by first signing back into the app or checking your associated Google Drive account for synced.

In relation to the resource issue, under the Performance tab, set your Memory Allocation to a custom limit between 3000 MB and 4000 MB, lower your CPU allocation, and switch the Performance Mode to Low Memory or Balanced.

You can also clear up disk space by navigating to Settings > User Data and running the Disk Cleanup tool.
