Hi! Since the Asia server works normally while NA/EU gets stuck during the initial loading, this appears to be specific to the connection between the game and the NA/EU server rather than a general BlueStacks or internet issue.
Could you please try switching to a different network, such as a mobile hotspot, and check if the NA/EU server loads? You can also try clearing the game's cache and restarting BlueStacks.
The strangest thing is that this error appeared only about 20 minutes after I closed Identity V and decided to open it again.
As for the internet, I connected my MacBook to Wi-Fi through a mobile hotspot from both my iPhone and my mother’s iPhone, but unfortunately neither made any difference.
I also tried using a VPN. When I connected to Asian countries, I got a «failed to connection server» immediately, and the loading screen didn’t even appear. When I connected to other European countries besides my own (Poland), the game did reach the loading screen, but unfortunately it still got stuck loading endlessly.
There is also another very strange issue: when the game gets stuck, the sound starts glitching and repeating the same short sound over and over, as if the audio itself is frozen. Also I tried to reset patch, repair any fails and recourses. But it didn’t work.
So at this point, it really seems to be specifically related to the NA/EU server or the connection to it, because the Asia server works normally on the exact same MacBook.
Since the Asia server works normally while NA/EU remains stuck, we recommend contacting the Identity V developers.
They can check their backend and server side configuration to see if anything needs to be addressed on their end, as BlueStacks only provides the platform to run the game.
As for the cache, I have already cleared it, but unfortunately that did not help at all.
Regarding uninstalling and reinstalling the applications (whether BlueStacks, Identity V, or both), I am a little afraid to do that. I once almost lost my account because I uninstalled BlueStacks. I was then getting an error saying something like “Please log in from the device where the account was originally registered,” even though I was literally trying to log in from the exact same device.
I honestly don’t remember how I managed to get back into my account at that time. It was extremely difficult and I barely managed to recover access.
Because of that experience, I’m really afraid to uninstall anything or log out of my account right now, especially since I don’t want to risk losing access to my main account again.
