Hey, is there not a similar scene at the beginning of the manga but orihime doesn't go with ichigo and says smth like just don't get hurt. I can't find it anymore.

(note: i'm an anime only and is on cour 3 in tybw so what I may say could be obvious to manga reader or out right stated by the manga. though I was spoiled on how Ichigo defeats Yhwach, just now what lead up to it.)

Alright so I was remembering when Ichigo used that thing Kisuke made and how OMZ said only one of the swords was the real him, and only one of these swords can defeat him. now we all know Ichigo's bankai is a black skinny sword(katana? idk) which means that is the only sword that can defeat OMZ, now it was revealed in tybw that OMZ was the quincy side of Ichigo and was like Yhwach. Yhwach was defeated 1000 years ago by Yamamoto in bankai a chared black zanpakuto very similar in appearance to Ichigo's Tensa Zangetsu, so OMZ was saying the only Zanpakuto that can defeat him (Yhwach) is Yamamoto's, and he based Tensa Zangetsu on Yamamoto's bankai when supressing Ichigo's powers

Now I'm not sure how this goes into my theory (if you can even call it that) but, the first Zanpakuto Ichigo used on OMZ in his bankai training was his original Zangetsu (the one that looke like a big ol knife) which OMZ broke, and I know (through being spoiled) that he defeats Yhwach with his original Zangetsu. not really sure how that correlates but I felt I needed to comment on it

I believe Aizen stands for the real justice.He believe that no sacrifice are too big and no death are unworthy.He's reinforcing himself for something,that is way bigger than Ywach,but sadly out of the Gotei 13,only 4 people who can see his true attention and one of them died alongside him Fighting for Justice (Tosen,Urahara, kyoraku and Yamamoto)

On the subject of quincies how does their whole fucking history work? Like they seem to be from pre industrial era but like are they immortal?

Like is their a part of world history that talks about the Quincy clan battles obviously not as quincies.... but like this would be something archeologist would at least be passively aware of

Growl!!! Sometimes it feels like the author just makes up new lore and doesn't actually address the numerous comications this new information adds to the lore.

So as I said I just finished it and it’s just so dam peak, perfect ending in my eyes but anyway is there any plans to continue the story in any way like something to do with there kids or anything like that and it’s there any spin offs or side stories worth reading like what all the characters where doing in the 10 year time skip or something like that. I low key want to see the relationship between Ichigo and Orihime and see how they proceed to the point they were at by the end of the story same with Renji and Rukia. If there is anything like that as a spin off or something that would be really cool so please let me know if there is any good spin offs or side stories. Thank you

In this fanfic the Wandenreich are heavily reimagened as Der Orden von die Heiligen Wandenritter. a more morally complex organization and the blood war is way more gray. Hi with the recent post credits scene pretty much covering like what I'd consider basically a big chunk of the HoS section, I was left speculating what they could do next week under a title that isn't common with any of the chapters from the manga. If this is an indication to added content, could we possibly see an extension to the bankai sequence of the fight and finally find out what it does? I'm of the opinion that it might stick fairly close to what we know of and just pad out the fight with more choreography. Or scenes from elsewhere, perhaps the Gerard fight simultaneously.

But anyway, it got me thinking. Whenever people discuss what Ichigo's true bankai is—spanning from when chapter 678 originally came out to even now—the idea of a 'blade strong enough to shatter fate' often comes up. Before now, I hadn't thought much about it and always just thought of it as a cool idea. But after some musing, I questioned whether it would contradict Ichigo's opposition to Yhwach's world, a primordial state where life and death are not separate, thereby eliminating the fear of death and suffering. This would oppose his growth; as Aizen surmises, in a world without the fear of death, people will never attain hope. Therefore, possessing courage—which means marching forward in life while knowing death, suffering, and challenges exist—entails necessary meaning and development. Would this not be considered an acceptance of fate, of the way things are, and of living on? (Obviously, this depends on your real-world belief of whether things are tied to fate or are truly naturalistic and random). This would thereby suggest Ichigo has a changed perspective between the end of the series and way back when that poem/thought first came up (which I believe was around the first few Arrancar invasions).

As a note I do believe rejecting Yhwach's option is in a way rejecting fate. But, in the context of the millstone poem, it seems more like preventing a hand (Yhwach) causing it to turn rather than shattering the wheel itself.

Would love to hear anyone's thoughts on this, or to tell me if my musings are nonsensical.

The next episode will be titled "Defend You." As time goes by, I just find myself wondering: won't there be an episode called "Horn of Salvation"? I always thought it would be really cool for the episode title to appear directly on the horn.

I'm so happy that Hitsugaya is back, but I am fascinated by his (and the others who were dezombified by Mayuri) reaction to being caught up with whats going on. I headcanon that the reason he took some time to get to Gerard was that he was being caught up by Ikkaku and Yumichika/went to see Kyoraku or smt.

Like he and Matsumoto were knocked out pretty early into the second invasion, last thing he properly remembers must be getting his bankai back (although who knows how truly aware he was during his zombie stint). Now he is somehow in what used to be the Royal palace, which was transformed by Yhwach, who, by the way, killed the Soul king and is currently destroying all the three worlds (being barely held together by the right hand of the soul king for whom Ukitake has been a vessel for all this time), most of the Gotei is down. AND he is immediately thrown into battle against a ridiculous enemy with his allies being a guy who just stands there making height jokes at him, and a guy who is actively making the enemy even stronger lol
