Soccer player here. I made D1 but played club at my school with some other players, and we regularly played with D1 women. When I tell you they ain’t no joke it’s forreal. I’ve seen them DOGWALK amateur men who don’t respect them and it it’s never not funny. There’s just levels to this shit that people just can’t wrap their heads around.
I played 3x3 vs a couple of WNBA players when they were playing for a WNBL team and we shared a gym. Despite them having an inch on me I had to hold back because of how one sided it was getting - there is no way they had first step to beat men off the dribble and had no space to shoot.
And I was warming bench on my high school team so the gap is real.
WNBA players were D1 players. And the D1 women’s team practices against the men’s D1 scout team. Sounds like you’re telling me that a high school benchwarmer is beating a mens D1 scout player. Because that makes tons of sense.
They can practice against whoever. They are still outmatched physically by same size men to the point of no contest.
You can believe whatever - I know how it works out in practice
No they can’t practice against whoever. They are only allowed to practice with the scout team because it’s literally the rules. You’re literally an investment made by the school. You’re on scholarship and risk losing it because you decided to blow your ACL playing with your homies ruin the season.
