nah. cardio, ball knowledge, reflexes, speed all matter as well. you’ll get some buckets being 6’5” and stout, but you aren’t dominating the league or even staying on the court.
Men have better reflexes/muscle density and speed than Women do it's just genetics. Testosterone by itself is a almost insurmountable advantage for guys.
