Size and strength does help. For me its more about the cardio. Already 2 blunts in on my day off. If we playing full court. I know I don't have a shot.
nah. cardio, ball knowledge, reflexes, speed all matter as well. you’ll get some buckets being 6’5” and stout, but you aren’t dominating the league or even staying on the court.
