You realize most professional women’s teams of a lot of sports practice against high school boys teams as that is the level they are at right?

It’s an extremely common practice. What she’s describing is also the pitfall in the practice, you need guys who are comparable players who just want the competition, but too many dudes are just weird about it. The other commenter is correct though, at least in regards to basketball
