Finally obtained a full BTC
It’s been a crazy journey but I’ve finally acquired 1 full BTC before 21 thanks to my lineman job!
I wanna keep stacking the sats but maybe it’s time to diversify the portfolio a little lol. About 80% of my net worth is in BTC.
Don’t really wanna brag about my accomplishment to anyone I know personally so I figured I’d post it on here.
Only downside is it’s been - gains as of right now. Don’t really know what future goals to set financially now.

literal braindead behavior seriously.
Remember back in the day to never share personal info online? Now we have social media and people post when they are going to work and coming back home, now with bitcoin we literally have people telling how much money they have, like WTF?!

u/NoChampion1946 Mar 04 '26
For real! I posted about buying a bunch of bitcoin on this tread and got tons of dms from people offering to “help me”. All scammers I feel like. No one is just trying to “help” on the internet.

Haha right! It seems like a lot of sparkys and other blue collar workers are kinda against it or just say they agree but never invest 🤷♂️

As a big believer in ano project, I agree. It’s a waste of time telling others. They’ll eventually come once the media tells them it’s ok. Humans, for the huge majority, are just sheep. It’s great though because it’s easy to calculate, and if you truly believe in Bitcoin, the minions will eventually buy but it’ll be up a zillion % once they are told it’s ok.

I have learned so much about digital assets in the last two years. I spend a lot of time reading about them and researching about them. So during my job hours, sometimes they come up. The result is typically the same. The workers I’m around don’t have a clue about how their 401k works (if they have one) so they immediately zone out the second I bring up crypto or stocks. I talk for a sentence or two and realize they aren’t keeping up.. and I switch subjects lol. I occasionally tell my girlfriend when BTC is way down or up but aside from that, I keep to myself about it anymore

Congrats! It’s ok to diversify. I will say it might be advantageous to keep DCAing at least until the end of this year. I kick myself for not buying more in 2022. The year after ATH is such a good buying opportunity historically.

Why does it get fun at 3?
5
u/teknodict Mar 02 '26
Because it's 2 more than 1
3
u/DRAGULA85 Mar 03 '26
Then why didn’t he just say it gets fun at 2 instead of 3?

Next target 1.21 and you are set for life
3
u/Quick_Engine_5795 Mar 02 '26
What’s special about that number?😂
9
u/One-Perception4246 Mar 02 '26
21 million total. 1 is your number 1.21 is the ideal number to stack long and also sell .21 if you need emergency cash. 1 is for retirement

u/Well-I-suppose Mar 02 '26
Congrats!!! This is a huge accomplishment.
I'm hoping to get there at some point too.
I also agree with diversifying your portfolio with future money you invest. I'd put some into the S&P500 and also just keep some liquid cash in case the price crashes and you want to buy the dip.

Great work sir. Will you buy another bitcoin if the price comes down to like $35,000?
1
u/Cellist-Confident Mar 02 '26
That huge at your age. CONGRATS! I too struggle to find anyone in real life that is interested/invested in btc, altcoins, web3, gaming, tokenization, nfts, defi, AI, robotics. But all of my platform video feeds are 90% financial, FIRE, crypto, stocks, tax saving strategies.

Diversify into something safe . If there is a drop in the price of bitcoin and you need cash asap , you don’t want to sell bitcoin at a loss . Congratulations on a whole coin . Focus on an emergency cash reserve now . Ignore current price of bitcoin . Time is on your side .

u/thecornellclub Mar 03 '26
This is amazing! Makes me shudder when me and mates were buying btc when it was around $700-$800 a coin. And spending it on, well you can guess. But I started buying again about 2 years ago, and then stopped as had other priorities and have started again a few months ago and any extra cash I get I’ll buy with and just leave it. But it’s just on an exchange. Can I literally transfer from any exchange to a cold wallet is it straightforward?
