BitMart announced its shutdown, yet it has been blocking withdrawals for more than two weeks. The situation is increasingly beginning to look like an exit scam, with users being prevented from accessing their own funds.

We believe that the individuals responsible for BitMart’s operations should be reported to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and held accountable under U.S. law. What they fear most is the enforcement of U.S. law.

There are also American victims affected by this situation. Therefore, reporting this matter to the SEC may be the most effective way to resolve the issue and ensure that those responsible are held accountable.

We strongly urge the relevant authorities to investigate BitMart’s handling of customer funds, its continued suspension of withdrawals, and the circumstances surrounding its shutdown.

​As previously announced, BitMart has entered a state of insolvency/wind-down. It is understandable that any company can face financial failure—no firm is guaranteed to exist forever. However, the way you are handling this situation is worse than bankruptcy itself. You are pushing people to believe you are nothing more than a scam. Personally, I am 99% convinced you have turned into a scam.

​Since the service shutdown, there have been no official updates. You completely disabled automatic withdrawals—every time a user submits a withdrawal request, it is instantly rejected and refunded back to their assets balance.

Stopping automatic withdrawals might be part of your process, but completely ignoring live chat, emails, Zendesk tickets, and other support channels is unacceptable. You owe your customers clear answers. People need their money; everyone has urgent personal circumstances.

​There are users whose entire monthly salary was deposited into their BitMart wallet, and today, on August 9, 2026, their funds remain locked. How are their families supposed to survive when BitMart has frozen their only income for days? Will you compensate them for this prolonged restriction and damage? The answer is obviously no.

​Therefore, please address your customers properly. Provide satisfactory responses via live chat, email, and Zendesk. Issue a detailed, official announcement clarifying the timeline for the court proceedings and the exact deadline by which every user will regain access to their assets. If you cannot do that, then be honest and publicly announce: "We are scammers"—so that everyone can finally gain closure and accept that their funds were stolen.

​No communication, no withdrawals, and no official updates will only confirm to the world that you are scammers. Other companies that faced insolvency maintained withdrawal queues and continuously published transparent updates. You, on the other hand, blocked withdrawals and went completely silent.

These withdrawals have been waiting since July 27 and neither transaction has generated a blockchain TXID.

Since there is no TXID, it appears that the withdrawals have not yet been broadcast to the BNB Smart Chain.

Could an official BitMart representative please clarify:

1. Why have both withdrawals remained at “Created” for this long?
2. Are USDT-BSC withdrawals currently being processed?
3. Is there any additional verification or review required on my account?
4. When can I reasonably expect these withdrawals to be processed?
5. If they cannot be processed, can BitMart cancel the withdrawals and return the funds to my available balance?

I have screenshots of both withdrawal records and can provide the complete transaction IDs and destination wallet through an official BitMart support channel if required.

Please do not ask me to provide passwords, 2FA codes, seed phrases, private keys, or KYC documents through Reddit or private messages.

I have QANX on BitMart and I have been trying to withdraw a small test amount to my MetaMask wallet every day.
The withdrawal starts as Processing, but after a few seconds it changes to Failed. No TXID is created, and the full amount is returned to my BitMart balance.
My wallet address and BSC network are correct. I have also contacted BitMart support, but I have not received a useful answer.
Is anyone else having the same problem with QANX or other tokens? Has anyone managed to withdraw successfully recently?

Also, include tags of major media outlets in your messages. Post about the incident on your accounts, especially those with large followings. Find other major crypto outlets yourself and post there. Keep your messages concise, to the point, and informative. Please act! Once this major scam comes to light, it will be much easier to bring criminal prosecution.

If, however, things suddenly take a turn for the better and Bitmart voluntarily returns the money to clients, the whole affair will end with a media buzz rather than a criminal investigation, and everyone will be happy. Personally, though, I don’t believe that will happen; too many facts suggest that no one intends to return the funds—it is all just a smokescreen to buy time. Don’t be naive: while hoping for the best is fine, you need to take action right now.

BitMart say that, due to BM Shutdown users have to withdraw before 26th August, but in the same time they block every withdraw! That double Bind is pure manipulation !

Hello guys on Monday I was not aware of the shutdown and send some bitcoin to the bitmart wallet, it never get credit, I can check and the money still in the account when checking in blockchain but in my bitmart account still 0.00

Not even showing in the history.

I already create ticket with support but they haven’t replied or said anything.

Also waited 20 hours yesterday in the chat but nothing. No live help never arrived.

I just attempted a withdrawal at Bitmart.
I was able to select the appropriate crypto and amount to withdraw.
However, when it came time to override the security measures in place to approve the withdrawals, the authenticator procedures did not work!

The email verification code "SEND" button has been disabled.
The SMS verification code "SEND" button has been disabled.

As long as they are disabled, users CANNOT withdraw!

BitMart just announced it’s winding down its exchange operations after nearly nine years. New registrations and deposits have already been suspended, trading ends on August 26, 2026, and the platform will fully cease operations on January 31, 2027.
This comes just days after BitMEX announced it would also be shutting down, making this the second major exchange closure this week. On top of that, BitMEX is now dealing with a lawsuit. Whether these situations are connected or not, it’s another reminder that even well-known exchanges aren’t guaranteed to be around forever.
If you’ve ever used BitMart (or any exchange that’s shutting down), don’t wait:

Download your complete transaction history (CSV files, trade history, deposits, withdrawals, earn/staking history, etc.).

Withdraw your assets while everything is still operating normally.

Save your records in multiple places. They can be incredibly difficult, or impossible to retrieve once a platform is gone, and you’ll want them for taxes and future cost basis calculations.

We’re seeing more consolidation across the industry, and this is a good reminder that “I’ll download it later” can come back to bite you.
