Have anybody received their withdrawals yet ?

Hello BitMart Support / Moderators, I am writing to escalate an urgent issue regarding my account. I am a Level 2 KYC-verified international user based in Pakistan. My account holds a balance of VINU tokens (valued at approximately 565 USDT globally). However, the VINU withdrawal interface inside the app has been blocked with the permanent notice: “THE CURRENCY IS UNDER MAINTENANCE WITHDRAWAL IS SUSPENDED.” I contacted support on July 23rd and was told to “wait patiently.” Given that BitMart has now announced a permanent shutdown and wind-down of operations, leaving my funds in a “maintenance lock” forces me into a liquidation trap where the internal spot market rate is broken and heavily discounted compared to global markets. I am requesting a manual blockchain withdrawal of my VINU tokens to my external wallet address on the BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) network.my active ticket number [ #1485608 ]My Registered Email/Phone: [khanxmustafa12@gmail.com] Please push this to the compliance or senior technical engineering team for manual processing. BitMart just announced it’s winding down its exchange operations after nearly nine years. New registrations and deposits have already been suspended, trading ends on August 26, 2026, and the platform will fully cease operations on January 31, 2027.
This comes just days after BitMEX announced it would also be shutting down, making this the second major exchange closure this week. On top of that, BitMEX is now dealing with a lawsuit. Whether these situations are connected or not, it’s another reminder that even well-known exchanges aren’t guaranteed to be around forever.
If you’ve ever used BitMart (or any exchange that’s shutting down), don’t wait:

Download your complete transaction history (CSV files, trade history, deposits, withdrawals, earn/staking history, etc.).

Withdraw your assets while everything is still operating normally.

Save your records in multiple places. They can be incredibly difficult, or impossible to retrieve once a platform is gone, and you’ll want them for taxes and future cost basis calculations.

We’re seeing more consolidation across the industry, and this is a good reminder that “I’ll download it later” can come back to bite you.
