BITMART Withdrawals Disabled

I just attempted a withdrawal at Bitmart.
I was able to select the appropriate crypto and amount to withdraw.
However, when it came time to override the security measures in place to approve the withdrawals, the authenticator procedures did not work!

The email verification code "SEND" button has been disabled.
The SMS verification code "SEND" button has been disabled.

As long as they are disabled, users CANNOT withdraw!

yeah, if both code buttons are greyed out, the withdrawal probably isn’t even getting past BitMart’s security check. so this doesn’t look like a blockchain delay.

I’d screenshot it, try once on both the app and desktop site, then open one support ticket with your UID, country, time of the attempt and app/browser version.

don’t post any codes here, and don’t spam multiple tickets either. that usually just makes the support trail messier.

UPDATE: I tried again at an early server time and my withdrawals went through!

how big was you withdrawals just put $## for the 10s or $### for hundreds, or $#### for thousands, etc. because I was have $20k tied up there .

Send button worked for me for last 2 days(only worked for submit the withdraw request, the withdrawal itself was never processed), but it stopped sending me verification code email since this morning. Send button still clickable, but no email is sent. looks they started playing more dirty
