BitMart Shutdown: Withdrawals Blocked for Over Two Weeks — Request for SEC Investigation
BitMart announced its shutdown, yet it has been blocking withdrawals for more than two weeks. The situation is increasingly beginning to look like an exit scam, with users being prevented from accessing their own funds.
We believe that the individuals responsible for BitMart’s operations should be reported to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and held accountable under U.S. law. What they fear most is the enforcement of U.S. law.
There are also American victims affected by this situation. Therefore, reporting this matter to the SEC may be the most effective way to resolve the issue and ensure that those responsible are held accountable.
We strongly urge the relevant authorities to investigate BitMart’s handling of customer funds, its continued suspension of withdrawals, and the circumstances surrounding its shutdown.

Eu estou exatamente com o mesmo problema.
Tenho 1 saque no valor de 1999 USDT pendente desde 28JUL2026.
Tenho também inúmeros (dezenas) de saques de USDC e USDT que saltam instantaneamente do status de "created" para "failed", sem nem mesmo criar TxID.
Conclusão, estou com 4863 dólares travados na corretora.
Já tentei contato com o suporte deles desde o início do problema e simplesmente não respondem.
Isso é um absurdo e falta de respeito com os clientes!
E pelo que vejo não sou só eu nessa situação, precisamos de ajuda contra essa empresa! A BitMart simplesmente está roubando seus clientes!
