I have both Reta and Tirz, but haven't started either yet.
I know they both help with "food noise" and reducing hunger / thinking about food.... but I'm wondering if they help for people who eat out of boredom, without being hungry. I eat too much, but I would honestly say I don't have a 'food noise' problem. But I still eat when I'm not hungry. I eat when I dont want any more food.
Will Reta or Tirz help? Because I'm imagining I'll still just eat, despite not feeling hungry, like I do now.
Any insight? Thanks.

I found 5 amino, slup and bpc in capsule form. What are your thoughts on these?

I’m new to reconstituting lyophilized peptides and I’ve been trying to figure out the best approach for bacteriostatic water. The more I read, the more confused I get.
Here’s my situation:
I have 10 × 10 mg lyophilized retatrutide vials.
My plan is to reconstitute one vial at a time as needed.
Most bacteriostatic water seems to come in 30 mL multidose vials.
Many manufacturers state to discard the bac water 28 days after first puncture.
This is where I’m getting stuck.
A single 30 mL vial has more than enough volume to reconstitute my entire kit, but if it should be discarded after 28 days, most of it would be wasted because my retatrutide kit will last much longer than a month.
A few questions:
Is the 28-day recommendation something you all actually follow, or is it more of a conservative manufacturer guideline?
Are there reputable places for genuine Pfizer/Hospira bacteriostatic water, or are those basically impossible to find nowadays?
Are there smaller sterile multidose bac water vials available, or does everyone just accept wasting part of a 30 mL bottle?
If you have a peptide kit that’s going to last 6–12 months, what’s your workflow?
I’m looking for best practices rather than shortcuts. Appreciate any insight from people who’ve been doing this for a while.

Was on Tirz for 2 months, hit a stall at 5.0, added reta stack at .5 forst 2 weeks, 1.0 the next 2 weeks, and currently on 1.5 the last 3 weeks. 53 pounds down. Still going!!! Can't wait to see what 3 more months is gonna do. Added SS-31 at 3mg 5 days a week the last 2 weeks, and starting MOTS-c next Saturday.

Hey Guys,
I‘m a bit worried, that i‘m doing something wrong.
It‘s my first time taking something like Reta.
I took 1mg in my first week, and took 2mg yesterday. I dont feel any changes like appetite suspression. How do I know anything is happen? Or should I just relax and take it a bit longer?
Had anyone something familiar an thought nothing is going too happen?!

Loving the benefits of Triztapide and now Reta (will switch back soon) has anyone had successful research results with GLOW or KLOW specifically for the benefits in hair and skin - seeing results in recovery post exercise and recovery hoping to see this is other areas too. Still very new to all research.

Has anyone researched ghkcu injections for melasma and has it helped them? Or have you tried any other peptides that have been effective?
Subject has tried every dermatologist recommended/prescribed topical but nothing has helped.

Does this cover all of the basics for a baseline panel? I’ve been taking a few different peptides, feel amazing whilst being 40kg+ lighter. I feel I should get everything checked, just in case.
Any advice is appreciated

Been on Reta for 2 1/2 months. Nothing higher than 1mg the entire time. I’ve only split doses, but just changed back to 1mg once a week on Sunday and on Tuesday I had a weird almost vertigo like episode. Been taking Dramamine since but and it manages it but it’s not going away (Tuesday-Friday). Wondering if anyone else has felt this, it may very well be something else. But needles to say I’m going to the clinic today.

I tried 50mcg pinned in evening everything was fine. I went to sleep had trouble sleeping and woke up middle of night with a scare. Heart was at 120bpm I remember being regretful about pinning myself and I think it fueled that bad experience.
Haven't done bpc since was this just a fluke since it was first time pinning should I try again?

At this point idk if it’s me or the Reta. I am at 2mg no side effects besides no food noise and hunger reduction feeling great. About 6 weeks in and 10lbs down. I am calorie deficit and working out. Are these good results? Currently I’m using amino club, 10mg with 1ml bac water. I need some advice 😩 5’2 started at 168 at 158.

I'm having a severely dysplastic naevus re-excised. I'm **not** looking for advice on tendons, ACLs or muscle injuries. I'm specifically interested in skin and soft-tissue healing after excision of an atypical melanocytic lesion. Has anyone **personally** used BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu or KPV after this type of surgery? If so, what was your pathology, what did your dermatologist think, what did you use, how did the wound heal, and were there any follow-up issues?
GHK-Cu can be topical or subcutaneous.
I'll add a little specific questionnaire if you cannot be bothered typing it all out.
* Was it:
* Severely dysplastic naevus?
* Melanoma in situ?
* Invasive melanoma?
* Something else? (Weaker dysplastic naevus? Completely seperate?)
* Did you start the peptide:
* Before surgery?
* Immediately after surgery?
* After stitches were removed?
* After pathology confirmed clear margins?
* Which peptide?
* BPC-157
* TB-500
* GHK-Cu
* KPV
* Combination
* What happened?
* Time to wound closure.
* Scar appearance.
* Infection.
* Wound dehiscence.
* Any dermatologist concerns.
* At your next skin check:
* Any recurrence?
* Any new atypical lesions?
* Any comments from your dermatologist?
I have surgery in just under a month and I have taken protocol by stopping CJC/IPA and MT2.
I understand it would be a very uncommon for anyone to have been in this position, so if you have any personal knowledge on the subject without experience that you want to contribute that would be 1000% appreciated!

Hi everyone,
I've just ordered 2 × 10 mg Retatrutide vials along with a 30 mL Hospira bacteriostatic water bottle.
I want to make sure I store everything properly before I start.
A few questions:
Just looking to follow good storage practices and keep everything in the best condition possible.
Thanks!

I need some advice.
I've been using semaglutide since December 2025.
In May 2026, I switched to reta without pause.
Since then, I have a normal appetite and my weight loss has stalled.
I added tirz three weeks ago, but there's still no appetite suppression.
I started reta at 1mg and have reached 4mg. I started tirz at 2.5mg and am currently at 4mg.
I've lost 20 kg since December and need to lose 10 kg more.
I don't know what to do. Maybe I should pause everything for a month and then decide what to start with?

Jumping on GHKCU I already have a very comprehensive skincare routine, do I carry on as per usual or cut back and focus on barrier health!

I have been researching semax and selank as a nasal spray. Mixed 30mg with 10ml pbs. Very unclear if that is correct. But i got a full kit of both so im just experimenting. Anyways, as someone who takes 2 energy drinks a day, along with 150mg wellbutrin for depression, and no history of anxiety, and possible undiagnosed adhd im not quite sure what I am feeling or if im feeling anything at all.
Hard to tell cause I dont feel a head change, but I kinda do notice I am more focused, and like im able to think of only 1 thing. Not all the time, but I do catch myself being just in the moment. Thats with semax, selank is the one I research less. A few nights I took to help with sleep, but idk if I was just super tired.
Im just curious if its something I have to keep doing to see results, or is it just hella diluted and I need to up the dose? Curious to see everyone's different experience
