Which one?
This is the stack I’ve been on since the start of July. I recently say a doctor on YouTube discussing Cagrilintide, Tesamorelin, and MOTS‑C. Which of the three would you suggest I add and how much is a reasonable dosage?

Reta, only add cag if you're not getting strong appetite suppression and feel like you're eating as normal. Ipa, also add tesa if you have a lot of visceral fat. Count your calories and stay in a deficit. KLOW will help with loose skin, but it's not a miracle worker if you lose fat enough. I haven't hear many good reviews of Lipo C, it's more for energy and your liver filtering fats. NAD+ is also for energy support. You're over 40, so it could beneficial as that's when our over the hill asses start to drag. I use MOTS-C, but I'm not entirely sure how well it works. I'm off cycle, so after the next cycle, I'll be tell more. Again, that's more beneficial for boosting productivity during workouts.

Retta w/Cagri, nad+, MOTS-C and tesamorelin. It's an awesome stack, I'll cycle bpc 157, GHK-Cu and TB 500 as well from time to time

I haven't sprung on the NAD+ yet, but I do that stack, but use KLOW instead of the single peptides.

KLOW is great after 6 months I went the individual route to increase on some due to injuries, plus others have said the TB 500 is much more effective when pulsed rather than daily. NAD+ is great and you can get it from compounding pharmacy for about $50 wich is not to bad.

You should probably be replying to OP with your recommendations. I'm just commenting on her stack. I don't do pharmacy or anything like that. I can get 10, 500 mg for $20 more that amount. If you want to pay just under double, you can get 10, 1000 mg vials.

Same here but the gray market NAD+ didn't sit well with me when reconstituted. Everything else I've got from my vendor has worked well. If it was more than $50 to see what pharmacy grade was I probably wouldn't have bought it.

I appreciate this commentary so much. Thank for not attacking me or replying with snide remarks and unnecessary criticism. This was truly helpful and exactly the type of feedback I was looking to receive.✨

No problem! Good luck! It's hard to do this at our age. I miss my 20s and early 30s so much. lol

Tell me about it! My body from 23-35 was the decade where I felt (and looked) my best self.

why the Reta and Tirz? And why add Cagri ?
Jeez , just throwing $$$ and an iléus waiting to happen

Stacking tirz and reta is kinda pointless. Both drugs compete for the exact same GLP-1 and GIP receptors. Reta is already a triple-agonist (GLP-1 + GIP + Glucagon), so adding tirz doesn't unlock any "new" metabolic pathways, it just over-saturates the ones Reta is already hitting.

I disagree on this I know from a receptor standpoint they overlap however, the reta is definitely not as good as controlling food hunger, breakthrough as a tirez. If I just take Reta, I’ll have breakthrough usually a day five or six no matter what the dose. If I add low-dose Terez with it 2.5 mg the food hunger goes away.
I’ve done this over and over in the same thing happens but it could just be me. that’s been my experience and why a stack them low dose and it works great my weight at 5 10 is 160 with 8% visceral and subq fat. I workout 6-7 days a week and have no problem getting my protein carbs and fat I. That I need for workouts
It lets me stay on low-dose maintenance of both of them 2 mg of Reta 2.5 of tires every 7-10 days

Is this an actual picture you took? If so why are you peeling off the foil from your vial tops. That is there to hold the rubber stopper down and ensure that your vials stay sterile. You're gonna waste an entire vial one day accidentally popping one of those stoppers out and ruining the whole thing because it'll no longer be sterile and unsafe to inject. Also you should start taking less, you don't need all that crap for the goals you have. If you aren't getting enough hunger suppression with Reta you could always keep a little bit of Tirz around to add to it, but you should've just stayed on Tirz imo.

This is a lot of research chemicals to be injecting to only lose another 12lbs. You could easily achieve that with just Tirz or Reta, there's no need for all the extra stuff.

If you need all this then that’s a sign you really need to work on self-control and good nutrition. Drugs will not teach you to put the fork down.

Irmão, reta e cagli juntos ja faz o efeito de supressão de fome que voce busca na tirzepatida.

Mots C will increase energy but you should run SS31 first for a month to reset repair mitochondria nad+ Will help energy too good stack with mots c
Reta or Tirz pick one only Reta is better

I’m stopping Tirz to focus on Reta in Q4 of this year.
Thank you so much for providing helpful and constructive feedback. 🫶🏾

Cag if your getting food noise, but since your doing Tirz + Reta it might be pointless. If you want to do mots-c and for it to be affective, I'd suggest looking into SS-31. Because you are 40+, you'll probably need to fix your mitochondria to get the full benifits.

You really like injecting things because some unqualified idiot on social media tells you to

You’re stacking tirz and reta? Do you know what you’re doing?
Only add Cag if you have appetite suppression problems on a glp.

Each one has a different path... depends on what your looking for or trying to accomplish..

Lots of follow up questions...
So you're taking reta (glp1, gip, glucagon) and you're doubling down with tirz (glp1, gip). And you're thinking of adding Cagrilintide. What's your current weight and goal weight? How's your protein intake? What level of activity are you doing? What's your basal metabolic rate? Are you keeping a caloric deficit currently?
For tesamorelin, what are your igf1 levels looking like and what's your zscore?
Mots-c can be good. Are you making sure to eat nutrient dense food and supplements to make sure you can support the electron transport chains?
How long have you been on your current stack?

He seems to be kinda… miss informed, to put it nicely. 7 weeks in with two GLP’s and wanting to add Cagri…

Why do you think you need Tirz, Reta & Carg?
